Our sustainability strategy
BETTER EVENTS
Viparis developed its first sustainable development policy in 2014, the year in which we became the first events industry player worldwide to obtain ISO 20121 certification across all our venues and activities.
In 2018, we chose to further strengthen our contribution through a new BETTER EVENTS policy built around three pillars and ambitious commitments: Better for the Environment, Better Heritage, and Better at Heart. This strategy is part of a long-term transformation roadmap aimed at reshaping our business sustainably by 2030.
In 2024, Viparis reached a new milestone by publishing a sustainability statement in compliance with European CSRD requirements, illustrating our commitment to a more responsible, transparent and sustainable economy.
Viparis reaffirms its commitment to an events industry that is environmentally responsible, inclusive and value-creating for all its stakeholders: clients, partners and local communities. The objectives of our strategy are part of an ambitious trajectory designed to drive the sustainable transformation of our activities.
